Refund Policy

Once a payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued, including in the event that an individual or family is unable to attend the reunion.

Reunion payments are used to secure and pay for expenses associated with planning the event, including venues, activities, transportation, meals, entertainment, reunion shirts, bags, and other items and services. Many of these expenses require deposits or advance payments based on the number of registered attendees.

By submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.

We encourage family members to confirm their availability and plans before submitting payment.
